Our services are not a substitute for a licensed electrician, and final approval always rests with the authority having jurisdiction over your installation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Where we depend on your inputs — panel ratings, equipment nameplates, site measurements — incorrect inputs produce incorrect plans.
Tools such as the EV Load Check app, the incentive calculator, and other free resources provide estimates for planning only. They are not permit documents, not stamped engineering, and not a substitute for a load calculation performed by a licensed electrician or engineer for your specific installation.
Calculations are based on National Electrical Code tables for common residential configurations and standard assumptions documented in each tool. Results may not account for local amendments, unusual installations, or conditions we cannot see.
Paid packages are delivered as described at checkout. Because each package is generated for your specific project, completed orders are generally non-refundable; if a package fails to deliver what was promised, contact us and we will make it right.
PermitEV is not affiliated with Georgia Power, the IRS, or any permitting authority. Rebate and incentive figures are summaries for convenience; program rules and amounts are set by the responsible agencies and may change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PermitEV LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim.
